90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Elise Benson appears to have found love down under.
In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Sunday, February 22, episode of TLC’s reality show, Elise, 32, has some news to share with her family. As it turns out, she’s done looking for love in her hometown of Miami and is ready for an adventure in Australia.
“I haven’t found love in Miami,” she explains. “I feel like I’ve exhausted every option in Miami.”
While her family initially looks at her crazy, Elise reveals in a confessional interview that she’s already been in contact with a man named Joshua.
After communicating over social media, the reality star believes it’s finally time to meet in person.
“I know it sounds ridiculous to my parents, but I wouldn’t be flying around the world to Australia to meet just any guy,” she shares. “My boyfriend, Joshua, is a sexy 39-year-old from Sydney, Australia. He is so caring, attentive. He’s just like a happy-go-lucky guy that everyone wants to be around. He’s just, like, an overall golden retriever puppy.”
As producers post shirtless photos of the bachelor on the screen, Elise confirms that she met him on social media after he slid into her DMs.
“Hey, how are you? I saw you on an IG page and had to follow you!” the message stated. “You’re absolutely stunning. You live in Miami, right? Have you ever been to Australia?”

Elise was surprised that the messaging turned into something serious. Now, she’s ready to pack her bags and see what happens when they meet in person.
“There’s something about him that’s so genuine and so different from what I am used to,” she explains. “Josh has a 12-year-old son who lives with his mom and his son is the most important person to him. Seeing Joshua as a father makes me fantasize that one day maybe we could have a family.”
Elise is the first to admit that she hasn’t had the best history when it comes to men. The former 90 Day: Hunt for Love star has been proposed to five times and said “yes” three times. Ultimately, she has never made it down the aisle.
After connecting with Joshua virtually, Elise firmly believes that she may have found the one.
“Recently, it’s gotten very serious,” she shares. “In a week, I am going to Sydney, Australia, to meet Joshua for the first time and, like, oh my God. I just want to get there and see him and be in his arms already.”
