Below Deck’s Ellie Asks Shocking Sexual Question About Squirting

Below Deck Down Under newcomer Ellie Dubaich tried to get to know the rest of the crew by asking a shocking sexual question.

During the Monday, March 2, episode of the hit Bravo series, Ellie joined the latest crew night before quickly changing the subject at dinner.

“This is boring,” she said. “Let’s get to know each other for real. Ladies, this question is for you. How many squirters do we have here?”

Stew Jenna Woudberg and deckhand Betul Yazici were the most uncomfortable by the question.

The Below Deck franchise has had its fair share of drama over the years — and Below Deck Down Under is no different. The spinoff show, which premiered on Peacock in March 2022, left a memorable impression on viewers when it came to feuds, firings and chaos. During the first season, fans and cast alike […]

“She just got here. I want to know about your experiences,” Betul said in a confessional. “Where have you been? What were you doing? Where did you come from?”

Before joining season 4 of Below Deck Down Under, Ellie appeared on Below Deck Med where she found herself caught in a love triangle with Joe Bradley and Bri Muller. Season 9, which aired in August 2024, showed Bri and Ellie becoming friends before experiencing some palpable tension due to their mutual interest in lead deckhand Joe.

Ellie wasn’t thrilled to hear that Bri made out with Joe during a crew night out, and the stews never really got back to a pleasant place. Their personal issues ultimately affected their jobs, when Ellie accused Bri of trying to sabotage her. This led to Captain Sandy Yawn nearly firing both of them.

“You don’t understand how much anger and rage I had inside of my body,” Bri exclusively told Us in July 2024 about nearly being let go due to her drama with Ellie. “I was like, ‘If I’m going down, she’s going down with me.’”

The third stew noted that the tension didn’t stop there, adding, “I’m just going to say it’s going to be a whole load of ups and downs — a really hectic roller-coaster ride. I think everyone should just buckle up and carry on watching.”

Ellie, meanwhile, admitted to seeing the issues differently later.

Bravo and Peacock viewers were in for a treat with the premiere of Below Deck Down Under — with many of the show’s stars leaving a lasting impression. The spinoff series, which debuted in 2022, featured Below Deck Mediterranean alum Aesha Scott. The chief stew joined Captain Jason Chambers and the rest of the group […]

“There was a bit of miscommunication in the very beginning because Bri was attracted to him — but she never really vocalized that to me,” she explained to Us in June 2024. “I felt like I made it a bit more obvious to her in some of our conversations we had.”

Ellie ultimately issued a public apology to Bri after receiving backlash from Below Deck Mediterranean viewers, saying on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in August 2024, “Just to sum it all up, I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on my actions, and I’m actually glad I’ve had this opportunity to see myself through somebody else’s eyes.”

Ellie clarified that her opinion on her behavior has recently changed, adding, “In our daily lives, sometimes we are assholes to other people but we always see it from our perspective. And maybe we feel justified because somebody did something that deserved that. But we never get to see ourselves from the other person’s perspective.”

After season 9 started to air, Ellie had some regrets she wanted to express.

“I realized that sometimes we are the villain in their story. And that’s who I was in Bri’s story and I truly regret that,” she continued. “I should have been professional. I should have put my emotions aside. And I should have lifted her up and made her feel stronger and find strength in herself. So I regret that.”

Below Deck Down Under airs on Bravo Mondays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
